Six Easy Steps to Running a Fundraiser

  1. Sign up for your Anchor Fundraising fundraiser by calling or emailing our friendly staff or sign-up online.
  2. Pass out order forms to your group and set goals.
  3. Collect order forms and money from your participants.
  4. Tabulate the total items sold by flavor for your whole group. Fill out our Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet Ordering Tool so that your order can be PRE-SORTED BEFORE DELIVERY!
  5. Orders may be placed via phone, e-mail, or fax. The choice is yours!
  6. Professional delivery, setup and assistance ensures consistency and accuracy. Our professional and courteous delivery personnel will help you to make sure that you are completely satisfied.

What to expect at Delivery:

Please sort your order forms and make sure the total numbers on the bottom of each page are filled in. When we arrive at your location, YOUR ORDER WILL ALREADY BE PRE-SORTED!! We are uniquely set up to accomplish accurate, off-site pre-sorting which will save you TONS of time and hassle at the delivery event. We offer a 100% accuracy guarantee on all sorting counts!

You will have around 2 hours from the time we arrive with your frozen products to deliver the orders to the end customer or to an intermediate freezer. Our special PRE-SORTING SERVICE will greatly improve the time that you will have for final delivery.

Payment: Please have your check payable to Anchor Fundraising ready at delivery.
